We renovated a close to Siesta Beach mobile home. You can walk or ride a bike that is how close! It is a two bedroom 1.5 baths split plan that has many new appliances and is smoke-free and pet-free. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property at all.

There is a heated community pool and clubhouse within walking distance. This home is perfect for anyone who wants the comfort of home instead of staying in a hotel for a fraction of the cost. Please note that one of you must be 55 or over to rent this place, in accordance with HOA rules.

This mobile home is in excellent condition and just remodeled with fresh paint and many new things. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Very comfortable leather sofas in living room, brand new window blinds through out for privacy. Separate 10 x 20 enclosed lanai with a/c and TWO new 55" TV with Roku. Bring your passwords for Netflix, Amazon etc… All new linens, towels etc. Just bring your clothes! Very comfortable and quiet home..

The location is close to everything from the beaches, to downtown, dining, state parks like Oscar Scherer state park and Historic Spanish Point, The world famous Venice is close with it’s darling historic downtown and unique beaches. Sarasota boasts a polo club, many golf courses, museums, Mote marine, Big Cat Habitat, an elephant rescue farm and Lipizzan horse shows. There is year round circus, opera and live theatre as well.

Patrick is a 30 year boat captain and will take you out on his beautiful Crown Line Bow Rider boat for an additional Fee. You can purchase a dolphin tour or sand bar excursion during your stay. He will provide a free 30 minute healing to renters as well.
